Its main missions are:

 Supervision and development of the community environment at EMLYON Business School:

 Organisation of weekly meetings and a campaign to renew the EMLYON Business School associations

 Assistance and advice in the associations, if need be on a daily basis

 Redistribution of subsidy to student associations in order to ensure the smooth running of community life and award zero rate loans to help finance projects

 The Corporation Board is the body the EMLYON Business School Management liaise with to communicate with the associations.
To this you have to add the President of the head association as student representative at the Board of Governers of the AESCRA (EMLYON management association), the Graduate Association and the ELP (Association which collects funding with the aim of helping students in financial difficulty). In fact, he/she is also invited to participate in working groups in the community environment of Lyon’s university.

Finally  the “Corpo” is developing new assistance tooling in the associations (standard documents, charters, training seminars) and new forms of organisation (modification of certain mandates, fusions of associations, creation of associations, allocation of new projects...).
